Appointment Policy

We recommend that you reserve your appointment in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time, and stylist for your service. We do offer walk-in appointments based on stylist availability. 

Cards on File

In the interest of streamlining check out & protecting our stylists, all appointments require a valid credit card on file in order to be booked. Card information is encrypted and after filling in your information, it cannot be seen to us. You may provide your information through our online booking site, in person, or over the phone. 

Late Policy

We have a 15 minute late policy on all appointments. Arriving after the 15 minute time could mean you don’t receive your service to its fullest, or do not receive a service at all. 

Late Cancellations and No-Show Policy

No showing your appointment or cancelling late will result in a charge totaling 50% of the booked appointment cost. Please make any unnecessary cancellations 24 hours before your appointment time. Frequent no showing or late cancellations may result in a required 50% deposit for future appointments.

Product Return Policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase of any full size hair care and skin care products. Travel products and makeup are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
