Position: Brieshi Client Coordinator Employment

Brieshi Salon is an Aveda Lifestyle Salon in the Pinnacle Hills Promenade, in Rogers , Arkansas. Established in 2008 , Brieshi has gained much respect and has been voted, by CitiScapes, as the Best of the Best!!

We are looking for friendly, energetic, well –spoken, confident, organized individuals with a passion for the beauty industry. You will be trained by an Aveda Educator on product knowledge for hair products, makeup, and skin care. Duties include, but are not limited to, greeting guests with a smile , answering telephones, scheduling appointments, upkeep of the salon.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for a high-touch customer service environment and coordinate daily activities of the front desk to deliver excellent customer service, from check-in to check-out. This includes greeting guests and booking appointments. Promote Aveda products to guests and offer complimentary makeup touch-ups. Up-sell salon and spa services. Oversee daily activities of the stylists, including managing customer flow and addressing customer concerns as needed. Manage salon team to achieve company goals for stylists’ services, retail sales, and customer retention. Promote new product launches and create inviting merchandising, in the retail area. Coordinate bridal parties and manage bridal contracts. Produce a stream of content for our social media outlets.

Brieshi is located in the beautiful, Pinnacle Hills Promenade, next to Dillards. We are open from 8am to 9pm, Monday thru Saturday, and 12:00 to 6:00 Sundays.

Currently hiring for Part-Time and Full-Time People.

Starting pay $9.00 per hour, bonuses and other beauty benefits.

If you are goal oriented, strong in setting and following deadlines with proper prioritization, follow-through on multiple fronts, are sales minded, motivated and excited to achieve and push your tribe to hit certain sales goals, understand marketing and social media, are able to build and execute social media campaigns and marketing schemes, have experience with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and enjoy showcasing the work of the tribe, are exceptional, motivated, and a team player, are eager to learn and apply your knowledge in an environment of integrity and love for each other, our guests, and our shared passion for service…then you have found your home!!!!
